We need your help!!
If you own a
business, or if you know someone who does please help us get the word
out about our Butterfly Campaign. This is a simple way for local
businesses to help us help people who suffer from lupus. Each business
can take as many Butterflies as they like, and then display them at
their place of business with our display brochure. Customers can
purchase them for $1.00, and then write their name on the butterfly. The
business owner will hang them on their window, or wall. It's that easy!!

We are looking
for any type of store or business that would be willing to sell our
butterflies. Delis, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, Car dealerships, Repair
shops, Movie theaters, Hair salons, Bagel shops, and real estate
offices, are just a few ideas of what kind of store or businesses can
help us. Whatever kind of business you own, or shop at, we are
interested in talking to. This is a great way for local stores and shops
to help their customers, friends and neighbors who have lupus.
For close to
fifty years we have helped support people with lupus in the Long
Island/Queens area. Although we have over 2,000 members, and a fully
staffed office, we have managed to keep our operating costs under 7%. We
are hoping that the butterfly campaign will become one of our annual
fundraising efforts. The money raised will go towards our support and
research programs. The time to fight lupus is now, as diagnosed cases
