We participate in employee payroll deduction plans:

SEFA - State Employees Federated Appeal, designate donation for the Lupus Alliance of Long Island/Queens, under Community Health Charities.

CFC - Federal Employees please designate - Long Island CFC #4033 or New York City CFC #9017 Community Health Charities.
